C'thie Pepperbeau, a long-time resident of the Outlands and Sigil and sometimes traveler to Toril, her ancient birthplace. Originally born into the late-end era of the Netherese Empire's golden age, her predacessors migrated to the Astral plane after discovering the powers to travel between realms and more specifically the Astral Plane. Though she appears about thirty years of age, she has spent hundreds of years outside of Toril in the Astral Sea. Though this has changed due to recent crisis. She has become a bit displaced after losing her late friend's old tavern in Sigil to their local tax agents. Looking to start over in life, the lithe and inquisitive woman has taken up her family's business. Exotic animal trafficking, though there's of course a wealth of medicinal and herbal knowledge that could be discovered and sold from interacting with such fine specimens. With a secondary curiosity for black powder and firearm weaponry.

Nicknamed, "C'thie" [pronounced "Cath-EE"], she is a 5'8 tall human woman with a strong jawline and murky orange hair.
