Lady Nephi Itaanem issues a quest in her name. You are to raze a criminal hideout off the map. No witnesses are to be left roaming. Every person in said camp must either be captured or killed. Mind you, I do not care which it is. If you capture them, extract as much intel as you can, then kill them afterwards.

Go in weapons ablaze or take them out individually from the shadows. Just make sure nothing is left. Destroy buildings and everything else there. If they are holding captives, bring them to a safe point nearby. I marked the safe point on a map. Best of luck.
