Thank you for your attention. If you can read this, keep this note safe. If not, please ignore. Our realm is in need of help, we do not know how much tlme at left before innocent lives could be at risk. If magic exists in your realm; all the better.

Should you be a Tinker, give this to the copper castle!"

Along with a counter of moving letters and numbers which spell out a time, and the symbol of a peacock's wheel. What could this mean?
