An Unfortunate Accident!

"Something in my labratory went terribly wrong! A system malfunctioned and the power shut off, interrupting our entire scientific work! Some of the experiments were able to escape and change drastically without our supervision, the entire area is made dangerous by them! And the worst part is, some of my employees are still in the building! Their comms went off and they have neither responded nor found their way back to me, please go in and get them out, they are some of my most valued worker. We will meet in front of the lab."
