Backstory:
For most of her life, Celeste believed that goodness was the natural order of the world.
She believed that the righteous should be rewarded, the wicked punished, and that peace could exist if everyone simply followed the proper laws.
But the longer she lived, the more she witnessed the same truth: the innocent suffered, the guilty escaped punishment, and those entrusted with power used it for their own benefit.
Eventually, she began to question the nature of divine justice itself and decide to seek the truth.
