Salla Sunflower is a middle-aged human woman with light, freckled skin, dark eyes, and curly auburn hair. She uses a wheelchair to get around the city most of the time, but can still stand and walk relatively short distances, so she typically doesn't use it much when inside her shop.

Salla is the owner and main shopkeeper of the local Sword&Board, the Dawngate Guild's main supplier of armor and weapons for adventurers. She will always greet her potential customers with enthusiasm and a smile (before trying to pry some interesting tales of battle or adventure out of them)
