Hello there! I am Gregorio, but you can call me Greg!
He/Him from the fictional nation of Chile where everyone says Pedro Pascal is from.
You might remember me from my other appearances, such as Kujaku Shiro and Jirozame Hinata in Emerald Empire Live! Or As Matsu Osuke in Tales of Rokugan S1! Or perhaps one of my more avant garde work as Tree number 5 in my kindergarten's rendition of Lion King (It wasn't my best work).
I have been playing and running TTRPGs for the past decade after a friend introduced my friendgroup to D&D 5e and I haven't stopped since. I consume systems like I consume sustenance, a recent obsession is the gorgeously illustrated Mythich Bastionland. But all time favourites include FFG Star Wars, Vampire the Masquerade v20, Cyberpunk 2020, Shadowrun 5e, most of the FFG 40K RPG systems, as well as, you guessed it!" L5R! Both 4e and 5e.
My main forte has been in IRL sessions where I can play a little audio stinger and get the whole table tensed up in the middle of a conversation before letting them go on as they were. But I suppose PBP has also served me fine so it's like whatever.
I aim for an improvisational style of role playing, expecting to engage with players in a "Yes And..." fashion. We are all here to tell a compelling story that makes you feel cool after overcoming adversities. Your character might not be the singular protagonist, but I want you all to feel like you can ask me to BE that protagonist for a spell, doing the cool thing you think fits the narrative best at a suitably dramatic moment and letting everyone else get a good look at you in the spotlight. So talk to me, yes please tell me "You know it'd be cool if I did this super campy anime thing" cause I will listen to you and work on how to get you that moment. Play your character straight with me, and I'll shoot straight with you.
I will expect player agency, in the sense that I will most likely present you with a problem, a context, and perhaps obvious and not-so-obvious solutions. I will try to be upfront about the information I provide, I prefer to stab you in the front.
