Kasuga Genma has come up from Slow Tide Harbor tracking down some pirates fleeing from justice. He managed to track down their lair, however his yojimbo were killed in the process. Kasuga-san is spending favors and Koku to gather skilled samurai to crush the pirates and restore justice.
