Sijet Silkana served as a foot soldier and standard bearer in the border forces of the Rosen King’s noble houses. She fought at the edges of formations, moving where lines broke and holding ground long enough for others to regroup, difficult to control.

When a border escort failed and nobles required someone to blame, Sijet was present and expendable. Evidence vanished, orders changed, and she was condemned for negligence. Exile was chosen over execution to end the matter quietly. She left without protest.

Sijet no longer claims rank or banner, but she still fights as if others are watching her position. Authority makes her cautious, not defiant. She does not seek revenge, only distance from the land that discarded her, and the chance to decide what her blade stands for now.

Given a small pouch of gold for her “service,” she recovered her belongings and was forbidden to ever set foot again in the duchy she once served.
