Shath Norda was born in a small village far to the east. The village was subjugated by an adult white dragon Aulantatragh. Aulantatragh demanded a sacrifice every year. I was chosen and tied like a goat to a stake. I prayed to The Flame and when I defiantly bared my chest to Aulantatragh, a flash of fire erupted forth and drove the dragon away. I was able to escape and fled towards the larger city. I entered a cloistered order and studied, eventually learning how to be a priest.

I came to Torrine to push back the evil plaguing the West March and find the Burning Sepulchre.
