What actually happened?

Helene's POV, she traveled out in hope to find this rumored 'Grove' mainly to search for usable and interesting Herbal plants of any kinds and sorts. Helene stopped and ended up finding the 'Grove' due to a crying child where she then find a group of people that naturally took her as part of the party member.

Helene gathered a couple of plants and mushroom and was aided by Fae in moving her wheelchair and helped by the others to move her from her chair to a boat that the party found that then was used to row through the waterfall, where a gap can be seen.

There they were seen by a group of Frog people, after conversing with them, Helene made the bargain / deal of helping them remove the rumor so others may not find their Cove any longer. On the way out, the Party was ambushed by a group of menacingly well armed men, about 11 or so. They asked if the party had found the treasure, which the party replied no.

Zheng Yi informed Helene that this is the person that told the Party of this location, combat ensues and they soon were felled by the party. Helene was merely there to hide and heal as best as she can, using the recently picked Herbs. The Old Frog Sage finally appeared and removed the rest of the Bandits.

Party made sure the other Old Man and possibly their Son? Grandson? That was held hostage earlier is safe and sound. Rummage through the belongings of the felled Bandits, and then return after Harvesting and Looting, etc.

Helene seems to write this in her Diary. She's glad that the tools and brew she made was able to help one way or another.
