Attempting to gather at the designated area, we ran into a group of guards manning what appeared to be a makeshift checkpoint to stop and check for suspicious individuals. Apparently someone had burned down/blew up the guild base that was in construction at the time, thus the guards appeared to be on high alert so after verifying with the guards with my badge I and my... 'friends' were let through. This was when I met Raum, a very friendly cyclops giant... who is also Elliana's not is uncle, family trees can get strange so... It's best I don't pry to deep... that'd be weird.

Getting to the farm Raum carried us, that was when I met the farmer known as 'Pak Lang'... definitely a interesting person, spoke with a Dialect I was unfamiliar with... but from what he divulged to us he had found a big bear on his farm that was pulsating a purple energy with it's veins flowing with the same energy. Raum revealead that it was infection that was beginning to spread and that it was a hive mind. ( [ Note ] - This sounds dangerous. ) He said he locked the creature inside his warehouse and that it made constant banging noises from within trying to escape.

When we arrived at the warehouse, we allowed Father Hoilsat to enter the building alone first... it was a mistake but we learned that the creatures are intelligent as they seemed to warm up or play nice with the father. Luckily he was able to escape before being mauled.

After awhile of 'discussing' back and forth on the next course of action, D went on the roof to scout from above and it was decided we would take them by surprise. I will update the note about how it goes after.
