A massive golden clocktower standing at the heart of the city, with an echoing bell that rings at the top of the hour. It can be heard from anywhere on the island, and it rises above even the tallest of spires. Few have ever seen its upper floors; only its maintainers are permitted to enter. Council meetings are held on the bottom floor.
