Little is known about Highspire's apothecary. According to those living in the slums, he simply appeared one day, and has since set up a small shop, where he serves as a doctor and alchemist for his community. He's known only by his profession, and he wears a crow-like mask over his head. He speaks very little, and most regard him and his interests as odd and archaic, but for some, he's their only lifeline.
