Little is known about Highspire's apothecary. According to those living in the slums, he simply appeared one day, and has since set up a small shop, where he serves as a doctor and alchemist for his community. He's known only by his profession, and he wears a crow-like mask over his head. He speaks quickly, often repeating his words many times over, and most regard him and his interests as odd and archaic, but for some, he's their only lifeline.
