Valenna is a child of the Airship Merry Gryphon, a vessel that sails the clouds of Obscura. She is a foundling, she grew up with the entire crew as her family. She was trained to be one of the cargomasters for the ship, but recently realized that she had been born with arcane powers. Captain Eloise Vailmont released her from the crew with a blessing and a party in downtown Highspire. The ship has left port, and Valenna is determined to prove she has what it takes with the Adventurer's Guild.
Valenna is quick to make friends, likes to tell jokes, and resorts to violence always as a last resort. She tries to follow the code of the sky: Sail to the open horizon , never let the rum cask go dry, and always win the fight, whatever it takes.
