Parnatious is a male goblin who wears a hat. It isn't just any hat, this is a wizard's bowler hat, as everyone knows that wizards all wear bowlers. Right? Right?!

Parnatious came up in the herbal industry. He industriously collected herbs for his master, the arch wizard of Clack, a hamlet of 23 people. It soon became a hamlet of 21 people when Parnatious accidentally made his master a joint with the wrong herb, poisoning her to death (it wasn't pretty) and subsequently running away, her magenta bowler hat in hand.
