Speaks cold, calculating, less words the better but loves dry humor or being witty, you will not see him breather heavily if at all if you're out of his line of sight, constantly running cold, lack of breath appearing in cold weather and such, or the distinct lack of eating and drinking when alone unless forced and other various things like his dark ichor like blood if it bleeds through his already dark armor, which all mean he is a super trust worthy guy that should be trusted to hold your firstborn or make sure someone has your back while you stand near the edge of a very tall cliff.
He also has a super cute deathly looking Pseudodragon familiar that has charcoal grey scales, milky white eyes with no pupils. Tiny, crystal like specks of frost cling to the edges of her wings, named Rattle!
Clink is a ghostly phantom vestige of power from his patron, looks blue of color, orange of eyes, shackles and chains hang from his small arms, everything about him screams loud but he just silently shakes his chains or is as vocal as a mute can be.
Locke's story that he would not spill along with his identity as being previously dead is, he was recently killed and brought back for a purpose he is still learning through his patron, he used to be from Rikeveist till things got hairy over there and he ended up in Springreach, after some unfortunate events happened in a local Springreach graveyard our fellow ends up finally in town!
(Updated) Genuinely, Locke is a closeted Reborn. If you've put the work into figuring out he is one and you're not a person he is genuinely a friend with or trusts you. Calling him that will only piss him off greatly due to the insensitivity of it and the confusion of him still trying to figure things out with himself. Trying to steal Info about him or airing his business out instead of just interacting with him reasonably means he cannot trust you, he is very reasonable and kind in his own ways if you aren't hindering his goals, though if you find it hilarious to poke the bear please don't act surprised when that has consequences yknow?
