Gibbous is very old for a Dragonborn, if you saw him you might think he was an over grown wrinkly Kobold. His blue scales are nearly as grey as his beard and he has less teeth now than when he was born. He has spent much of his long life fascinated with the Moon; Its phases, its light, its song. So much so his staff and shield take the appearance of the two sides of a crescent moon. He yearns for it, and it's the reason he found his way to Tower Haven.

By 'trade' he has learned the ways of the land and its creatures but he longs to be up there, with his precious Luna.
