Aalandril is a Wood Elf who is at one with nature. He is tall and heavily build for an elf, with wavy brown hair and piercing green eyes. He grew up happily amongst the wood elves with his parents and his deaf sister, Aria, living an isolated life amongst the trees. He rarely saw any other species except an occasional travelling trader, until he was cast out temporarily by his clan due to his being suspected of the theft of a rare clan artifact.

At this time he travelled to a nearby city trying to make a living for himself but turned to crime to make ends meet. He is not proud of this time of his life, but it made him more wordly-wise and taught him some useful urban survival skills to complement his extensive rural ones. There he remained until his sister found him, send from the tribe once the missing artifact turned up in the possession of a jealous rival.

Personality wise he has a tendency to be taciturn (unless he's consumed too much mead or elvish wine), grave and self-absorbed like his god, the Leaflord, but is otherwise kind, loyal and brave. He has a weakness that he will attempt to defend vulnerable animals from harm.
