These tians could fuse together and form the powerful Astral Colossus.
The Wardens lived by a creed:
They've got a power and a force that you've never seen before.
They've got the ability to morph and to even up the score.
They know to only use their weapons for defense.
After a long and successful career as the lead for the hero team, Jaycon has retired and now takes a back seat, usually behind the scenes as a producer for the ongoing show sometimes directing the show or reprising his roles for special performances as an example anniversaries.
One night he was awoken to find himself being abducted by hideous creature. They were pale creatures with skin almost grey in colour with abnormally long limbs and worst all they had what appeared to be squids for heads.
It was as if they had stepped right out of a performance from his show.
He tried to resist but some unknown force penetrated his mind and prevented him from moving. These creatures proceeded to then take him to their ship and place him in a pod where he lost consciousness.
Now he has awoken to find himself in a strange land filled with a whole manner of beings ranging from your ordinary human to the fantastical. Not only are the monsters from his show real but now are his powers. He can do things that were only possible previously due to the magic of stagecraft.
Jaycon now wanders the land, looking to find a way home all while doing as much good as he can.
GM: Dm DouggyAfter navigating that “treacherous“ river we continued travelling to the ancient ruins to the north east where we discovered an ancient town.
From what we could tell the ruins were centuries old but there were some inhabitants rather recently.
We stumbled across the remains of a kobold camp.
After exploring the ruins we came across a scroll in a metal container. The scroll was written in Sylvan. Alas, none of our party could read Sylvan.
Unfortunately these kobolds fell prey to an unknown beast.
We decided to lay in wait and ambush this unknown threat.
As time passed the remains of the Kobolds came back to life as a will-o'-wisp and an swarm of floating lim and appendages.
We fought these off and were able to lay them to rest.
As more time passed we soon learnt what had eateb the kobolds. Our target was a ravenous giant, whose sole purpose was to devour anything it could find.
The giant returned carrying a Giant goose!!! It very much reminded me of an old tale from my homeland.
At first Leaf had idea to try and convince the giant that he himself was a giant, an even bigger and nastier one, who had laid claim to these ruins now. He did this by standing atop a tower inside the church.
Miraculously the giant believed this tall tale , we then tried to convince the giant to leave as we had heard of other places that the giant could feast. As it was about to leave we then struck and m our kove. It was far better to slay the beast here and now than to let it wander around causing more destruction.
We slew the giant and befriended the goose, by setting it free.
It turns out that the goose knows Sylvan and we were able to decipher what the scroll was.
The scroll was a list of 4 ancient sylvan outposts that were not marked on any other maps.
These outposts were:
- port village on the west coast
- an outpost not given a description along the river
- a second outpost not given a description directly to the east of tower haven
- finally a mortuary to the far east
After we befriended the goose we offered it sanctuary in tower haven in exchange for some of its literal golden eggs.
The goose said it would pop over after collecting a few things from its home
