Party found an old mine that has been abandoned. They witnessed a child being dragged into the cave by a cultist looking individual. They ventured in, found some crystal like gems, and found many confusing situations from creatures that were not there, to being lost in a maze that suddenly appeared. They eventually found a creature that caused the whole thing, using illusions to distort everything. It attacked, and the party sought to flee.
