Vaelithar, or Vael for short, is a modestly adorned high elf with olive skin and long black hair. 

He seems more… down-to-earth than many Caelian elves you’ve meet. When he’s approached by a SINCCA attendant or meets someone new, his eyes don’t glaze over and search the room for a person of higher status. 

He carries no weapons, has no special equipment. You wonder what this commoner is doing here at SINC - until you notice a tome strapped to his side.
