The centre of Vye's Governance. Surrounded by fortified walls and heavily guarded by elite guards, this is perhaps the most protected site in all of Greater Mereta.

Within the walls lay barracks, arsenals, offices and small residencies for city staff. Petitioners flit by in a rush to chase down the relevant official they need, while nobles stroll with their entourage to their relevant appointments. The stone floor beneath is a twisted, spiral hybrid of different ages and styles through the years, most of which taken from the towers that stood here before.

The Tower of Atlas is the most recent and perhaps most formiddible of the towers overlooking Vye. It is the only tower that has not been destroyed during the exchanging of ruling powers over the city. The Mereta army kept the tower intact, and have maintained its appearance even with their addition and refurbishments as a sign of continuity.
