A small city established on the only habitable shores of a frozen, desolate island in the North West of Essepa. The city is a refuge for the inflicted and ostracised, such as vampires, lycanthropes and cursed. It is unofficially governed by the Oakblood Pack, a pack of Werebears who ensure justice and unity through guidance and - only when absolutely needed - lethal force.
