Vye has a history of less than effective enforcement. Due to the past corruption and negligence of the City Guard, the Investigators Guild was established. They operate as a resource to both the governance and the public through listed contracts. When their assistance is required, the tasks are arranged into contracts that are then shared with the guild and its affilifates.

Directors

There are eight Directors within the Investigators Guild, working closely together on their own high priority cases, leading their own investigations, and arranging Guild matters. They arrange everything from funding and resource application to what ranking and reward contracts are given.

Members

Those who become members of the Investigators Guild are expected to hold themselves to the standards and guidelines of the Guild. In exchange, they are given priority on posted contracts, the option to sign up on the Quota system, and access to more resources. Alongside this, they are able to network with other members and directors.

Affilitates

The Investigators Guild is unique in their welcoming of non-members to make use of their resources and systems through their Affiliation System. Affiliates are the term for non-members who connect with the Investigators guild. They may make use of the publicly posted contracts to take on their own work as complete freelancers.

Quota System

Members may request to be placed within the Guilds Quota System. This allows them to choose a contracted amount of hours they must contribute to Guild work per day in exchange for a consistent wage.

• 4 Hour Quota - 5 SP / Day

Researchers & Specialists

The Investigators Guild also makes use of Researchers and Specialists on staff that will aid members and directors. This includes Forensics, Interrogators, Academics, Psychologists, Couriers, and more.

Researchers are provided an 800SP / Month wage, Specialists a 1,000SP / Month, and Couriers 400SP / Month.

Contracts & Rewards

Simple Contract:

• 100 SP
• More straightforward contracts that are not predicted to require much legwork.

Advanced Contract:

• 800 SP
• Slightly more complex, taking more effort and resources to solve.

Complicated Contract:

• 2000 SP
• Deemed to be difficult and complex, requiring considerable time and resources.

Urgent Contract:

• 400 SP
• For matters that are time sensitive.

Cold Case:

• 300 SP
• Cases that were not solved when particularly relevant.

Complicated Cold Case:

• 1200 SP
• Cases that were not solved when originally relevant but remain highly complex.
