The kingdom of towers and workshops, an industrial scope developed in mostly barren lands. Despite their lack of resources and history of struggles, the hard times have led to various pioneers that left their mark on the world.
Each settlement within the nation consists of a complex, steampunk tower that is melded into the nature around it. Some emerge from the jagged rocks of cliffs or mountains, others act as an enhancement battery to the trees that wrap and grow around its base, while others still rise from rivers and power themselves from the elements.
The capital of Galin is the Brass Tower, a governmental centre. It also acts as a central skyport for entire fleets of airships, some just passing by, others acting as extensions of the city.
While there is little to export from Galin, trade is still promising due to their one bargaining chip: Transmutation Flow. As the only way to fuel the Transmuters Hearts that power the airships of the world, restocking is necessary, and so far no one has managed to discover the secret in its manufacture. The government of Galin has decreed that Transmutation Flow cannot be sold anywhere in the world except from the Brass Tower, ensuring that providers must develop their contracts through the capital.
In doing so, the struggling nation has taken their one asset and guranteed economic stability.
Each tower within the kingdom elects a representative every 5 years, each year hosting a new wave of elections so that there is a new term introduced regularly. The representatives convene at the Brass Tower to govern regularly.
