On the outside, this old house appears fairly conventional, only out of the ordinary for the loud grinding noises and thumps heard within during working hours and the evergrowing plant life snaking up through the cracks.
Within is a small museum, displaying some of the finest gadgets and gizmos wielded by legendary heroes of the last few centuries. Each one is contained within a small glass case filled with an invisible toxic gas, gilded in electrified metal and surrounded by a bright red rug that becomes barbed during closing hours.
Going down the staircase to the basement leads to a heavy steel vault door, requiring a Tinkerers Key to gain access. Attempts to infiltrate through other means would likely trigger any one of the countless traps built within.
Through the door is an underground complex of stone and copper that operates as the most advanced tinkerers workshop in Vye. It is mainted by the Channel Golems, manufactured entities of living energy eminating from a hardlight brain. They are able to transmit themselves through conductive materials and interact with them without causing any harm or damage. Often they will assist tinkerers by transmiting themselves into a copper casing to carry heavy crates and supplies.
