as a young man Patsy was told only of the good things from war like his father meeting his mother and prosperity for the kingdom. He always was enthralled by the tales and wanted to know more of this great country and many more in the past. So he spent his time researching long forgotten stories of great rulers & of land far away in the elven library of Lore Eternal where he study under researcher Jimbei a Lore Bard looking for the Iouns Legendary Library and its endless knowledge. When turning 20 y/o Patsy enlisted into the military to explore, experience, and enjoy the world through the military like his father. Unfortunately Patsy found out the ugly side of war where he was used for his smooth talking and deception to do horrible things to people to serve the greater good of his country. This experience lead Patsy to form a vow with himself and his companion Art Pen Dragon. That he would create a country to end all wars.
