Shipping lanes overtaken, housing taxes being enforced on locals, suddenly this backalley gang has been pushing their weight around with some mysterious new tech. The people of Drigum are a skittish tightknit community so be careful when asking around to get information on this group. People have been getting grabbed and evicted randomly by the group so people are quick to flee if scared. Find where the main operating base is of the Cleavekin, infiltrate, and learn what it is they are planning.
