Jethro opens their eyes jolting awake their heads slamming against a small cage they've been crammed into, Jethro shakes his head rushing with a voice he doesnt recognise, for the first time his limbs feel solid, his body warm and stained with blood his vision shaken as they struggled to take in their surroundings. as they struggle to process the pain Jethro slams their body against the cage bursting through the cage door, their body unfolds like a piece of paper, like a spider crawling out of a crack in the wall exploiting their new found flexability, Jethro sneaks out of the apothecary basement Jethro would charge away as fast as he could his vision splitting and mind racing full of thoughts and memories they dont recognise before eventually crashing into underhaven.
Once in underhaven Jethro would sneak around the town trying their best to stay out of sight, as they run around Jethro's skin would rip revealing the slug like tentacles helix'd around human bone poorly hidden by thin long strands of hay. upon his body breaking, Jethro would be caught cowering by a humble seemstress who didnt seem to fear them the way other civillian's often did. she repaired Jethro's injurys embroidering small flowers over them. Jethro would repeatedly return to the seemstress and seemingly take pleasure in being a nuisance to other civillian's, often sneakily taking things that don't belong to him, nothing expensive but minor inconveniences such as left socks, quil's from writing sets and the occasional tool from the local dwarven blacksmith broghead, though he always returns them, Broghead knows of Jethro and maybe through love for his gear or just pure instinct always seems to catch Jethro in the act.
