Appearance:
A short unsightly man with pallid gray skin and bat-like features. A poorly tended scar stretches across his cheeks from ear to ear. His hairless head and face house an array of runic tracings.
Public Character Knowledge:
His son passed away recently, and his wife vanished soon after.
Svarog was born in underhaven, he's certainly more popular with unsavory types — but you can sum that up to him creeping out other people.
He's done some minor masonry work all across Underhaven, but he's spent the last ten years doing janitorial work, cleaning messes and keeping public spaces pretty and what-not. However recently he's stopped.
If you can get past his macabre appearance he seems approachable enough, somewhat jolly you could say.
