Sivineril of the Blessed Gems carries the honor of his clan's purpose: to spread joy throughout whichever realm they find themselves in. "Vini" claims to be uniquely attuned to the Astral Sea, within which the odd elf finds his "visions", sharing them for a price often of gemstones. His clan is said to carry the blessings of a merrymaker god, name lost to history, yet worship remaining in the gems in which Sivineril wears upon his ears: a pair of citrines. A meticulously maintained smile is often a stranger's first sight of this elf, second being the shimmering of his eyes; a "sign of his blessing".
