Cairos once had a loving family, but when she came of age, she inherited two things. The first was the Fray, a mystery tied to what drove her family to flee through the mist and risk everything they had. Dooming her appearance and cursing her soul for all to see. Determined to uncover the truth, she devoted herself to finding out what truly happened and what this mist is.
Maybe it could be reversed? Which thread... I wonder.
The second was an ancient grimoire that spoke of fate, threads, and the flow of time itself.
Now fully grown, Cairos carefully twists the threads of fate only when necessary, knowing too much interference can come at a cost. Wary and guarded, she keeps her distance from most who cross her path. Though few, she interacts with 'The Watchdog,' keeping an eye out for her, whether it was due to her nature or cursed soul; whenever he is near, her back straightens just a little bit.
