Appearance:
Pog is an obese looking, short statured, yet light-footed grung with green skin pigmentation and yellow-ish eyes. Both he and his shoddy belongings have a distinct damp smell.
Public Character Knowledge:
Pog strongly desires to climb the Grung social caste system by providing his community with feasts so legendary that there is no other course of action than to ascend to power.
Pog was born in the muck of Underhaven. Grime, grit, and garbage was all that the juvinile Pog knew. While the other Grung were happy with crime and crumb, Pog wanted more. He craved purpose, power, and his own pool of water to soak in. It wasn't until he bore witness to Miamoria Deilen shaving wood off of tool handle. The shavings were like sparks to kindling, igniting a blazing passion for crafting. Once Pog got ahold of his first sharp object it was nary a night before he presented Miamoria with his first carved wood trinket.. which was a wildly primative and childish depiction of the duo in front of Miamoria's dwelling carved into wet, rotting wood.
Since then, he quickly improved and expanded his horizons. Metalwork, Woodwork, leatherwork, magic and non-magic, machinery.. Pog was happy to putz around with whatever material he could get his grubby mits on. Eventually, he took on jobs for the local artisan guild and even became an artisan for the better portion of a decade.
These days, Pog has taken his talents to adventuring and salvaging. Scraps and refuse can still have a purpose. They're practically free too, so it's also great for business!
Pog hopes to one day ascend to power by providing the community with legendary feasts. Through food, he believes he can convince the upper castes of Grung society to uplift him into power and godhood (It may not work that way, but a frog can dream!).
Pog also loves salvaging and hopes that he one day happens upon vast riches that he can turn into lovely crafts for Miamoria.
Pog is a strange, yet industrious Grung specimen. Greedy at one moment and kind the next moment, Pog's endgame is clear and his priorities not so much. He's always happy to get a job done.
