Backstory for Thalen

Quick summary:

Thalen Saeris Ilmarion, was born on a windy moonlit night in his bedridden mothers arms. She passed away after a few days and left him to his father, a merchant. His father taught him many things through the time he was there and helped Thalen find his musical talent by teaching him how to play his mother's lute. But eventually left Thalen behind for an order he got from a client, that would pay handsomely. However this item was in the mist, and Thalen's father would disappear after going in search of this item. Being now broke and homeless and only 11, Thalen had to steal and find ways to survive, in an otherwise cruel world. He would inevitably get caught, and sent to The Ringleader, where he spun the wheel and had his right hand burned with an acidic liquid, which would hinder his ability to play music. Eventually he made enough money to purchase a leather glove with a controller chip and a mechanical bronze gauntlet that work well together to help him play his mothers lute again. Many years later, he grew to be 33 and was able to rebuild himself as a bard and now spends most of his time playing in a shop, known as Junko's Tea Shop.

He later decides to join Junko and her family and friend(s) and help keep her shop up and running. Though he wasn't paid at all, it was still nice to spread the joy he remembered in his youth. Thalen often tried his hand at going on quests in the mist, mostly searching for his father, but also searching for things to sing about. He always jotted things down in his journal, trying to create those tunes that people love to hear. Not to mention he loved the idea of the undead, ever since he met Afra, and was fascinated by the way that seemingly nothing, a completely inanimate cluster of items, can be given life, like F4RM3R. It was something he always wanted to see for himself happen in real time, the creation of life as he knew it. He would most be seen in those areas too, either fetching things for Junko with F4RM3R, or helping out around the graves with Afra. Other times he's just mainly seen at Junko's Tea Shop singing for crowds of people.
