Appearance:
Lilinoe looks sickly, with mottled skin and seemingly rocky lumps across her body. Most prominent is the gnarled eldercross encircling her temple and the small growth in the center of her forehead. Her hair is rich but wispy, forming one tangled mess down to her feet. Shoulders hunched and ready to bolt, she's a mournful figure that maintains kind smiles and large, wondering (unfortunately yellow), eyes.
Public Character Knowledge:
Lilinoe mostly stays out of the way, known more by her cursed growths than name. She is one of the foolish who venture into the Fraying Mists alone and as often as allowed. Always quietly offering to help out, Lilinoe can be spotted in the streets, working out in F4M3R's fields, or walking by the river to spot her favorite creature and cook.

Lilinoe wanders. Not very far, just from street to street, as Underhaven has been a safe enough home for some years. There's simply no rocky alcove or solid walls that become hers for very long. For the cursed mist psyker, imposing on another is worse than nights alone, uncertain and uncomfortable. She desperately loves her community, though uncertain about her place among them. A harsh glare haunts her dreams long after it's spoken, so Lilinoe enthusiastically does whatever she can to earn acceptance. Any errands, chores, farming, or stalking into the mist to scout. Anything to be valuable. Lilinoe wants to remember wonderful things... and cannot forget the horrid.
Before the world was engulfed, Lilinoe's grandparent became the unfortunate victim of a Hag, transformed into Hexblood. Perhaps it is disturbed to be thankful for the Fraying Mists, but the sentiment carried from parent to child for one generation. Lilinoe was not taught to fear the mists, as she and her mother traveled to each new refuge. They are a place to hide, so long as you move quickly and breathe lightly. The monsters inside can be tracked, avoided, or killed. Despite all crosses and growths, she is not one of them. Her mother's final journey through the mists was seven years ago, leaving Lilinoe to find good memories alone.
