Boone is a local of Underhaven. Having grown up mostly with only his father in his life, his sister Elimor vanished during their youth. Leaving the young tabaxi lad to spend more time in a garage practicing his fixing skills. Having very little friends due to his social isolation, he became early besties with Aldebaran growing up through mere persistence.

At some point, Boone had his first run in with a real monster of the mist. Having snuck into town and attacking him in his workshop. Boone opted for the more simple route of beating the creature to death with his wrench, earning him his distaste for monsters. From being the town handyman to wanting to do something else about these monsters.

Closing up his garage, Boone spent a few months fixing together what he called 'the occult 45', a problem solver for monsters. His first ever scraplock which also involved plenty of time training.

Going from a simple handyman, Boone decided to up his resume to monster hunter. Joining with the scouts once he felt comfortable that both his gun hand and physique was up for the job. This placed him in contact with Ilmra Uoavae and the lovely Ms. Led.

Ilmra was perfect for giving Boone the run down in dealing with monsters, how to kill the beasts and try to drag out fellow scouts from the mists before the worst. Even then, Boone would often have to grant a mercy kill to any poor inflicted that he could find, bringing the corpses to Ilmra for their continued work.

Ms. Led however, she was a beauty when it came to rumors. Nothing more than talking with the gossip queen and helping her with security in return with getting information that he needed.

At some point, Boone did meet his sister once more. Elimor was married and part of a 'syndicate'. Initially Boone was conflicted, but yet. If he was egged on for the sake of dealing with monsters and scum, he would help them in their efforts.
