I'm a pretty easy going DM. I like to emphasize skill checks over combat. Give skill based characters a chance to shine.

Flanking: I have it, but it's +2 to hit, not advantage.

Critical Fumbles are NOT a thing with me.

Potions are a bonus action, full action for full healing from a potion that restores health.
