Backstory:
Childhood - Rynth was a headstrong boy in his youth, always getting into trouble. However, he cared for his family above all else. His family was poor, so instead of forcing his parents to buy food, Rynth would often utilize his abilities to hunt in the woods nearby. He always brought something home, no matter how long it took him. There were times when he wouldn't come back home until the next morning, but he always had something to show for it. Rynth was also bullied as a kid, but it wasn't because they thought he was weak. It was because they feared him. They always beat him to a pulp just to prove to themselves that there was nothing to be afraid of. As Rynth got older, he only seemed to grow scarier in the eyes of others. His blood red eyes always struck fear into the hearts of others, even if he didn't look at them. As more people grew to fear him, he got bullied less, and he began getting worshipped (IDK kids are weird). They grew to fear him so much that they began to worship him in hopes that they would remain safe from him. Rynth ignored them and went about his life. In reality, this bothered Rynth more than he cared to admit. He started trying to dress and act in ways that would make him seem less threatening, but nothing could hide his eyes from them. But there was one person who never feared him, Jade. When even his own parents turned away from him in fear, she remained to support him. They both stayed this way until his 18th birthday.
Adulthood - On the day of Rynth's 18th birthday, his family threw a massive party for him, but he didn't care much about it. He was more concerned with the frightened look on his sister's face. As everyone split into their groups at the party, he pulled Jade aside, asking what was wrong. "I made a mistake.", Jade said. Rynth replied, "What did you do NOW?", but Jade never responded. Next thing they know, everything is shaking, but there's no earthquake. Something was approaching. Rynth looked outside, and saw a red portal, about the size of a man. As he watched it, a man emerged from within it. He couldn't get a good look at the man, but he could tell this wasn't a good sign. He looked dangerous... yet somehow familiar. Rynth forced Jade to hide in the closet, while he went downstairs to check it out. When he got downstairs, all he found were bodies everywhere. No blood. Just bodies. Bodies of his relatives, drained of all their blood. Rynth instantly noticed the basement door was open, which was always locked. He knew his father kept the key on his person at all times. He descended the basement stairs to find his father standing at a workbench muttering something about "not enough". Rynth went over to his father and tapped him on the shoulder. His father turned around and instantly tried to stab Rynth, however Rynth's reflexes were too fast. He grabbed his father's wrist and disarmed him. Barry, Rynth's father, panicked and shoved Rynth to the ground, running towards Jade's room, carrying some sort of device with him. Rynth got up from the ground as fast as he could and pursued Barry. By the time he caught up to him though, it was too late. He had fatally wounded Jade, but not before getting stabbed. Rynth's looked at his sister, who was bleeding out heavily, in despair. She pointed towards his father's stab wound, looked Rynth dead in the eyes, and said "Do what you're good at.", making Rynth realize why she put her life on the line. She stabbed him so that he could never escape. Jade knew that once Rynth saw their father's blood, he would never get away with killing her. Before Rynth could react, their father placed a device on Jade, sucking all the blood out of her body. "FINALLY! IT'S FINISHED! MY MASTERPIECE!", Barry exclaimed. "Your what?", asked Rynth. Barry replied, "You don't need to know.", and placed the device against a wall. A portal opened up and he stepped through, disappearing instantly. Sitting in a mix of despair, confusion, mortification, depression, and bewilderment, he began to mourn his sister's death. Though he quickly remembered his ability, Blood Tracker. Rynth found his father's blood stains on the floor, and stared at them with pure hatred. He now knew his father's EXACT location. He just had to figure out how to reach him. Rynth went back down to the basement and found one of his father's prototypes—an unusual seeming pistol. Rynth noticed writings on the wall. He noticed one phrase that kept repeating over and over, "BLOOD IS FUEL". He took the gun and went back upstairs and found a body that his father had neglected to drain the blood from. Rynth knelt down and pressed the pistol against the body. The pistol began to suck up all the blood, collecting it all in the bullet chamber and hardening it into a bullet. Not knowing what to do, Rynth carelessly shot the pistol at a wall and created a portal to the same dimension that his father traveled to. Rynth went through the portal without hesitation, a look of hatred and determination in his eyes. He was going to kill his father if it was the last thing he did
