Backstory: Orphaned at a young age, Azalea fell under the sway of a powerful Verdant Prince, learning to be his spy and loyal subject. The first time that her information failed him, he lashed at out her, striking her with a wave of necromantic energy. However, noticing that a few of his other subjects had witnessed this, he makes a show of acting as if his attack had been a mistake, and imbuing Azalea with a strange semblance of life. While she was allowed to stay in his care, Azalea no longer trusted her former master and snuck off as soon as she could to find her way alone.
