Phie (F-I-uh) is this rather short and limber women how is only seen dressed in the most decadent and pointlessly ostentatious of garment and adornment. she's incredibly erratic and has a habit to become bossy on occasion. her face is often covered by a veil and large hat, her eyes seem to glow and undulate at times as if something was trying to burst forth,

anyone who even remotely perceptive would notice that on occasion a dark sort of ichor would drip form her ears and corners of her eyes. more obviously on occasion she moves with this odd snapping motion.

she claims to be a noble lady of a house that no one would have heard of but despite the weird nature of her "noble house" she still acts the part of a noble women.
