Background (+Backstory): Hermit

Revik, once a hermit and sage on a paradise-like realm had his life turned upside down upon the arrival of Golgoth, god of ruin, decay and rot.

Prior to the arrival of the god of entropy, Revik would spend most of his days cultivating both his gardens and soul, living a life fully dedicated to achieving spiritual enlightenment, for which he believed contact with all expressions of life was the key; However, once Golgoth arrived, both his gardens, and almost as if a mirror of them, his mind and progress towards enlightenment (which he believed to be near completion) would fall and decay, forgetting the truths and secrets of life that he had worked so hard for.

...But it wouldn't be fully lost. Instead of just accepting his incoming death like the rest of the habitants of the plane, he would try and bargain with this embodied concept. He would act as his herald on new lands, all with the condition of having his garden and spiritual knowledge given back.

With a deal sealed in death and change, his former body would perish, being consumed by the paradise which, now affected by the god, would turn into an ever-decaying and growing landscape.

Now, his mind had been placed into a newly made replication of his previous body, but only with what was required for his task. Bringing the domain of his lord into far lands
