Flanking is adv to attack rolls for all party members when 3 or more allies are 5ft adjacent to an enemy creature. This applies to monsters too.

If you have a concern with something I'm doing as a DM or another party member, inform me in a private message to solve it together as adults. If you don't want to play, no one is forcing you to stay.
