Level: 12
Type: PBP, Owlbear
Duration: 6-8 hours
Quest Type: Battle Royale
You are forcibly transported to the Sunderdome, a cosmic arena torn between the forces of Heaven and Hell.
This realm exists outside time, used by both angels and demons to “prove” guilt through trial-by-combat.
The catch?
The party has been accused of a cosmic crime, but the angels and demons disagree on which crime — or who committed it.
Their only agreement:
“Let the arena decide.”
-Describe what you want to do in RP and I can determine if it requires a check or not. Don't just ask for a check without describing what it is you're actually doing.
-Potions are BA for yourself, Action if given to someone else
-Holding a spell causes it to fizzle out when you either lose concentration (on a hit) or your next turn starts
-When flanking a creature +2 is added to your roll to attack (not adv given)
-I will not have PvP in my quest. Do try to resolve tensions between players diplomatically, grappling is okay but no damaging spells or attacks shall be done to them. (AOE damage can be discussed OOCly and permitted if consented to)
-Please be present. During combat I will have you dodge and skip your turn if I don't see activity within 5 minutes. If this happens for 3 rounds you will be removed from the quest
-IRL happens, please communicate if you have to step away for more than 15 minutes outside combat

Relevant character backstory/motivations/goals that I can use to find you "guilty" for crimes committed against Heaven and/or Hell:
Summons (Limit 20 idk how to balance for too many):
I will not approve characters for the mission until the day prior giving everyone an even chance of getting to the right level and chance of being selected.
*Note: This is a heavily adapted version of the Sunderdome module from the Quest-O-Nomicon
**This needs active participation. Majority combat. Please know what you're doing and begin your turn within 5 minutes of being pinged or you will get skipped. 3 consecutive skips, 5 nonconsecutive skips and you're cast into oblivion
***Your characters won't perma-die from this quest but your characters don't know this
****There is a pacifist run if your characters are so inclined bur you'll have to work for it
*****Please be kind and patient with me. This is the highest level thing I've ever ran - gotta start somewhere
