Mizuki is a magical koi fish granted human form by her patron, Tomoe (the Koi Sovereign and Archfey of Serenity).

Driven by an insatiable curiosity for the surface world and landwalkers, she left her tranquil mirror pond to journey across dry land and experience the wonders of the mortal realm firsthand.

She is a Level 1 Archfey Warlock who channels her magic through water-themed manifestations—such as firing Eldritch Blast as pressurized water jets.

She travels with a glowing Driftwood Wand arcane focus, the Hairpin of the Water Spirit for aquatic exploration, and The Talisman (Lantern Charm) to aid her skill checks.
