Koshea was a small elf child when his village was destroyed during an orc invasion. As an orphan he was raised in temple to Illus the Lantern and was drawn to it's embrace of knowledge and learning new things. As a High elf Magic came easy and the temple guided him to learn a bit of Divine Magic hoping he would become an excellent evangelist of the faith. But as fate would have it a wandering wizard took an interest in him and changed his life path permanently.

From him he learned the basics of wizardly magic and that the best wizards are the not the one's who, as Koshea always assumed, study at big wizardly colleges but the one's who wander and discover new magic and without complete understanding identify how to deal with it. No one collection of magic, no matter how big the library or how well versed the college staff is can prepare you for everything, and as an elf he's well suited to a long life of wandering and continual learning.

Now Koshea sets off with a plan to catalogue everything of the world he can
