Gisil served as a watchman for almost all of his life. Now, in his late thirties, he's getting himself into some early midlife crisis. Is keeping drunks and beggars out of the gates really all there is to life? Surely not! Gisil wants to see some of the world, get himself into danger greater than a fistfight at the bar, confront and conquer his slight addiction to alcohol and even save a fair lady from a tower like the cool knights from the stories do! They do save ladies from towers, right?
Gisil has had some clerical training in his teens before starting work, he might be able to pick up from there and use those abilities for once, he might even get better at them over time!
