Stavi stands 2'4", weighing about 30lbs. His scales are often stained mottled grey though underneath the grime and stains is more of a white gold color.

Stavi is originally from the regions of Jaia and comes from a now nomadic clan of kobolds who once fought in the cataclysmic war that ruined the land. Having served a naga warlord in days past, they were partially involved in the construction and deployment of some of the more destructive weapons used in those days. Stavi is a descendants of those same kobolds and has extensively studied some of the notes passed down in their clan. It is their dream to one day deploy or recreate one of those such weapons and claim the island for his people to solely rule. Surely he'd know better than the Naga of times past, right? In this current day and time he is studying abroad and attempting to learn all he can in regards to nation building, economics, amd war craft,all the while attempting to build his own fortune and might, no matter who he has to step over on his way there, though he can certainly fake it until then. His intellect is his main strength that he must rely on.
