Alaire Wrede was brought up in a small coven devoted to Morpheus the Dreamer. She developed a great admiration for the god and swore to took up spell and sword in his name. Despite the teachings of patience and humility expressed by those in her coven, she's remarkably hard-headed - someone who acts first and thinks later.
