The idea for him originally is a dragon who grew up learning aggresion and power is the way and enough of it can solve any problem. So he spent the 6 years he has been alive focusing on being a top predator. Hunans and anything similar perplexes him. Why make peace when the strong can just do everything. By strong i mean general like if you got strong magic, strong limbs, strong numbers. Why not just get rid of the weak so only people with strength/power to improve the world. Int is strength too if you have super high Iq why not get rid of the dumb ones who are not strong in any way. He understands that things can grow stronger with age but he expects the strong to devour those who cannot grow strong fast enough to survive. People choosing to live with the weak is strange. This is the reason he is quick to anger. That is all he knows to work. Being nice to a deer won't fill his belly. Being soft won't scare away the bear trying to devour him. Sympathy towards a wolfs cubs only ruin the chances he would find more food growing up. They would do the exact same if they were strong enough. Cause he is a red dragon, those instincts of his really reinforce this mentality. It is truly in his genes. I classify him as evil in the sense of enjoying the power he has. Being a big fish in a small pond did not help that.
